Welcome Bonus

New accounts at f999 are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games where applicable.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• f999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the relevant account may be closed.

If a player is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, f999 may immediately suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Closure by f999

f999 may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If age verification fails.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If compliance with a court order or directive from a government authority is required.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request.
